This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and further develop a portfolio of key nonprofit and mission-driven organizations.

• Cultivate relationships with senior leaders in fundraising, marketing, digital, and executive roles across nonprofits, advocacy groups, associations, and foundations.

• Spot opportunities that align the needs of clients with the capabilities of Delve Deeper.

• Manage business development initiatives from initial discovery to closing.

• Assist in defining solution architecture that aligns Delve Deeper's strengths with client requirements.

• Acquire an in-depth understanding of Delve Deeper's competencies in media, analytics, creative, technology, and data.

• Uphold rigorous pipeline management and CRM practices.


⛳️ Requirements

• 7–15+ years of experience in agency growth, consultative sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.

• Proven track record in selling marketing, media, analytics, technology, or consulting services.

• Strong comprehension of nonprofit organizations, digital fundraising, advocacy groups, associations, foundations, and other mission-driven sectors.

• Experience in managing complex enterprise sales cycles and RFP processes.

• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to establish credibility with senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

• A consultative approach focused on fostering long-term value for clients and the organization.
