This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +13 more states.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the designated sales team, concentrating on acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
• Direct the sales team to achieve the organization's objectives related to revenue growth and profitability.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage the members of the assigned sales team.
• Formulate strategies for sales and the organization to accomplish predetermined financial and sales goals.
• Work collaboratively with Regional Directors.
• Build robust relationships with key corporate accounts.
• Ensure the team receives adequate ongoing training and possesses the necessary tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• MBA or an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
• Previous experience in a managerial role is required.
• A proven leader with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated experience in business development and account management across various regions.
• In-depth understanding and experience in engaging with GPOs, IDNs, etc.
• Ability to convey the needs of GPOs to the organization effectively.
• Capability to manage across the organizational hierarchy.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in handling difficult conversations as necessary (both internal and external).
• Proven ability to distill facts and insights into actionable recommendations.
• High level of confidence in establishing relationships with C-suite executives, owners, and decision-makers.
• Familiarity with industry legal and compliance regulations.
