Vibration Field Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Gather vibration, ultrasonic, and infrared data from machinery across various job sites, including power plants, manufacturing facilities, and open-pit mines.

• Upload the gathered data promptly.

• Maintain and enhance the customer database as required.

• Work autonomously and efficiently without direct oversight after completing the training period.

• Exercise sound judgment and common sense in decision-making processes.

• Keep in communication with management and data analysts regarding any changes in on-site conditions or customer requirements.

• Produce reports on the latest monitored equipment in a timely fashion.

• Collect and update details on customer-monitored assets to ensure accurate reporting.

• Collect oil samples in accordance with established guidelines.

• Deliver packages for shipment to the analysis laboratory.

• Perform office-related tasks as necessary.

• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook effectively.

• Uphold a high level of integrity and safety during work execution.

• Adhere to all Company safety regulations (LOCKOUT/TAGOUT, etc.).

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Availability to travel 3-4 days per week on average, including overnight stays.

• Willingness to travel or work on weekends if required (though not typical).

• No physical limitations preventing the performance of essential duties; understand the work environment and physical demand conditions.

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Ability to complete the MSHA Part 48 Surface New Miner Online Training Course (training will be provided).

• Ability to pass a First Aid course (training will be provided).

• Capability to pass the Vibration Analysis ISO Category I Course and Certification test (training provided).

• Conduct work and interactions in a professional manner.

• Compliance with all Company safety regulations (LOCKOUT/TAGOUT, etc.).

• Must be able to pass random drug testing and a criminal background check.

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the US to be considered for this role.
