• Innovetive Petcare is on the lookout for a seasoned and strategic Specialty & Emergency Veterinary Marketing Manager to bolster our expanding network of 12–15+ specialty and emergency veterinary hospitals throughout the United States.

• This remote marketing leadership position is perfect for a veterinary marketing expert with a background in specialty and emergency veterinary medicine, referral relationship management, healthcare marketing, and strategies for multi-location growth.

• The person in this role will closely collaborate with hospital leadership, field operations teams, referral coordinators, and centralized marketing partners to drive referral growth, boost case volume, enhance brand visibility, and support the success of local hospitals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.

• 5–7+ years of marketing experience in veterinary healthcare, healthcare services, or multi-location organizations is necessary.

• Experience in specialty and emergency veterinary marketing is highly preferred.

• Background in supporting referral-driven business models and relationship-based growth initiatives is preferred.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are essential.

• Capability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams without direct authority is important.

• A strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities is required.

• Outstanding organizational and project management skills are a must.

• Comfort in a remote, fast-paced, self-directed environment is necessary.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% for hospital visits, events, and field engagement is expected.

• Preferred Technical Skills: Experience with:

• - Salesforce CRM platforms

• - Microsoft Office Suite

• - Email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact

• - Social media platforms including Meta

• - Project management systems such as Asana

• - Marketing analytics and campaign reporting
