Veterinary Receptionist, Client Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Communicate with clients via email, handle phone calls, and respond to inquiries from the website.

• Organize and confirm appointments for clients.

• Conduct outbound follow-up calls and reach out to potential clients.

• Discuss and clarify fees while processing payments.

• Provide answers to questions related to products and services.

• Inform clients about general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care, covering topics like heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea and tick control.

• Oversee the management of medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.

• Contribute to the smooth and effective daily functioning of the hospital.

• Proficient in emailing clients, answering phone calls, and following up on website inquiries.

• Capability to schedule and confirm appointments effectively.

• Knowledgeable in educating clients about general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care.
