Veterinary Diagnostic Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Cultivating strong relationships with veterinary clients to promote IDEXX’s range of diagnostic products and medical devices.

• Engaging with customers to grasp their business needs and provide insights and training regarding IDEXX’s offerings.

• Utilizing consultative selling techniques to align customer requirements with tailored diagnostic solutions.

• Assisting veterinary practices in enhancing their diagnostic revenue and establishing a reputation as a valuable partner.

• Overseeing territory and customer accounts to boost recurring diagnostic revenue and meet sales objectives.

• Advocating for in-house diagnostic testing, medical consumables, and advanced diagnostic tools.

• Collaborating with IDEXX sales teams to finalize transactions for equipment and technology.

• Training veterinary clinic personnel on products, services, and marketing strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A relevant degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Several years of demonstrated experience managing an independent sales territory.

• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Veterinary/animal health sector, human healthcare medical devices, or dental devices.

• Proven track record in high-value product sales.

• Capability to function effectively as part of a team in a highly collaborative sales environment.

• Willingness to fulfill the demands of a field sales role, which includes frequent travel by car (company car provided), overnight stays, and occasional weekend work.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Polish and English.
