This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• GetixHealth is in search of a Call Center Supervisor to oversee a high-achieving team within our Healthcare Operations department.
• The Supervisor will be accountable for coaching, developing, and inspiring team members to achieve departmental objectives while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery.
• Collaborate with Human Resources to attract, interview, and hire top-tier talent.
• Foster meaningful relationships with team members to promote open communication, trust, and accountability.
• Coach, train, and motivate staff to meet and surpass performance targets.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, evaluations, and professional development sessions.
• Analyze reports to identify performance trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure complete adherence to company policies, HIPAA, and PHI standards.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare call center or revenue cycle environment, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership position.
• Experience with Artiva is required (strong working knowledge of workflows, reporting, and system navigation).
• Proven experience managing remote teams and prioritizing workloads across various client accounts.
• Familiarity with medical billing, insurance claims, and healthcare administration is advantageous.
• Certifications: Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) is required within the first year of employment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contact center technology platforms.
• Strong computer literacy and the capability to troubleshoot basic technical issues remotely.
• Experience with healthcare billing systems or EMR software is preferred.
