This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Assess, oversee, and allocate daily tasks to external vendors.
• Evaluate and verify vendor accuracy by reviewing and consolidating deliverables.
• Maintain regular communication with department leaders, subject matter experts, and quality teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Information Technology to establish business needs.
• Provide daily oversight and resolve issues impacting vendor user system access.
• Act as a liaison between department leaders and vendors.
• Keep precise records of assigned and completed vendor tasks.
• Discover new opportunities for vendor collaboration.
• Professional experience in analysis and vendor relationship management.
• Proficiency in analyzing business requirements.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
• Experience in creating and reporting metrics.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• GED or High School diploma from an accredited institution.
