Verification Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Verification and Outreach, engaging with employers, educational institutions, and references to confirm candidate information.

• High-Volume Calls, making 70 or more clear and professional phone calls daily to gather necessary verification details.

• Multi-Channel Communication, collecting and validating information via phone, fax, and email while ensuring precision.

• Data Research and Accuracy, sourcing and confirming data from various websites and databases to facilitate background checks.

• Client Updates and Reporting, delivering timely updates on verification status and keeping detailed records.

• Team Collaboration, contributing to team objectives by assisting with additional tasks as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in call center or customer service positions, along with one or more years in an office setting.

• College Degree (preferred) in Criminal Justice, Pre-Law, Paralegal, Journalism, or Political Science, or three or more years of relevant professional experience.

• Fast and Accurate Typing, with a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute and strong accuracy.

• Security Clearance Requirement, must be capable of passing background checks to acquire a Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC).
