📋 Description

• Deal Sourcing: Actively seek out digital communities, developer ecosystems, and market signals to uncover high-velocity venture opportunities before they gain mainstream attention.

• Founder Outreach: Implement tailored, high-conversion outreach campaigns to connect with top-tier operators, engineers, and prospective Founders in Residence.

• Market Research: Perform thorough macroeconomic and technological research to identify untapped markets, evolving consumer behaviors, and structural inefficiencies.

• Competitive Analysis: Conduct detailed, calculated assessments of competitor ecosystems, examining their product mechanics, token frameworks, and protective moats.

• Investment Support: Create clear, data-driven synthesis memos, financial models, and strategic investment documents to facilitate internal decision-making processes.

• Portfolio Operations: Engage directly with active incubator projects, supporting our founders with tasks that range from data dashboard tracking to launch coordination.
