• Manage a defined backlog of around 1,000 vendors, aiming for a target pace of approximately 40 vendors per week (about one hour of production time allocated per vendor).
• For each vendor, pinpoint the appropriate point of contact and gather three key pieces of information: the email address designated for DSR requests, the lookup table detailing which users have been assigned to that vendor, and the unique identifier utilized for processing requests within the vendor's system.
• Reach out to internal contacts (potentially numbering in the hundreds across the organization), and, when necessary, directly engage with vendors to collect the needed information.
• Schedule meetings, send communications, and consistently follow up to ensure timely acquisition of the required data.
• Compile and arrange the gathered information into a clear handoff for the engineering team, who will conduct the technical validation of tables and unique identifiers.
• Monitor progress and provide weekly status updates to the privacy operations lead and other stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities for optimization (such as process enhancements or alternative outreach strategies) and present them to the project lead.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Privacy, Legal, Security, Engineering, and vendor relationship management to keep the project advancing.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a comparable role; this is a mid-level position not intended for senior or strategic profiles.
• Strong project coordination and organizational abilities, capable of managing a significant volume of vendor contacts and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with outbound communication, including emails, calls, and persistent follow-ups.
• Proactive attitude: able to identify opportunities for optimization and suggest alternative solutions when faced with obstacles.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adept at managing regimented, repetitive tasks.
• Capable of working independently and pushing projects forward in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams and translating requirements into actionable backlog items.
• Proficient in JIRA and Asana (or similar project management tools).
• Familiarity with Google Suite for presentations and progress reporting.
• Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
• Generous paid time off policy.
• Opportunities for professional development and growth.
• Flexible working hours and a supportive work environment.
