This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Perform assigned audits at automotive repair facilities in line with OEM and manufacturer guidelines, taking into account site availability and scheduling.
• Conduct monthly vehicle inventory at dealerships by the specified deadline, allowing for flexibility in determining when tasks are completed.
• Execute necessary visual inspections while meticulously documenting vehicle and audit information.
• Ensure prompt and accurate data submission to support our audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation.
• Operate independently while adhering to quality standards and meeting assigned deadlines.
• Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Personal mobile device and/or Wi-Fi Internet access is necessary for data submission.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance are required.
• Self-motivated individual with strong time management abilities.
• Must reside within a reasonable mileage radius of the assigned vehicle inventory route and be willing to travel up to 150 miles for scheduled audit tasks.
• Proficiency in using required tablet-based applications and systems to complete assigned vehicle inventory and audit activities.
• Availability during daytime on weekdays to fulfill recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit responsibilities.
• Flexible scheduling — vehicle inventory work is self-scheduled by the employee, while audit assignments are arranged based on availability.
