Summer Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Travel to educational institutions across the UK from July to September to conduct on-site audits.

• Utilize the Civica Education System to accurately create digital representations of each school’s site.

• Record and input school assets into the system, ensuring all information is current and precise.

• Conduct audits and verify assets situated within classrooms and other areas of the school.

• Provide basic training to school personnel, aiding them in confidently using the system.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with a willingness to travel to school locations nationwide during the summer.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate recording, auditing, and verification of school assets within the system.

• Basic IT competencies, with a confident approach to using digital platforms for site replication and asset data management.

• Effective communication skills to interact with school staff and deliver clear, fundamental system training.

• Capacity to work independently while managing time and responsibilities across various school visits.
