Vehicle Inventory Representative, Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Execute assigned audits at automotive repair facilities in accordance with OEM and manufacturer standards.

• Conduct monthly vehicle inventory at dealerships within designated timeframes.

• Perform necessary visual inspections and accurately record vehicle and audit details.

• Provide timely and precise data to support audit programs, reporting, and automotive market assessments.

• Operate independently while adhering to quality standards and meeting deadlines.

• Travel to automobile dealerships to inventory used vehicle fleets, documenting VIN, equipment configuration, pricing, and mileage.

• Audit automotive repair facilities within a designated geographic area.

⛳️ Requirements

• No prior automotive experience is necessary.

• Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Personal mobile device and/or Wi-Fi internet access is essential for data submission.

• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance are required.

• Self-driven with strong time management abilities.

• Must reside within a reasonable mileage radius of the assigned vehicle inventory route and be willing to travel up to 60 miles for scheduled audit tasks.

• Proficient in using required tablet-based applications and systems.

• Must maintain sufficient daytime availability on weekdays for recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit assignments.

• A video interview is mandatory.

• Candidates are not allowed to utilize generative AI or automated assistance during interviews unless explicitly permitted.
