Vehicle Inventory Representative, Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Conduct audits at automotive repair facilities following OEM and manufacturer guidelines, considering site availability and scheduling.

• Perform monthly vehicle inventory at dealerships by the designated deadline, with the flexibility to choose when the work is completed.

• Travel to specified automobile dealerships to assess used vehicle fleets.

• Record details for each vehicle, including VIN, equipment configuration, price, and mileage.

• Carry out necessary visual inspections while accurately documenting vehicle and audit information.

• Ensure timely and precise data submission to support audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation.

• Operate independently while adhering to quality standards and meeting assigned deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Personal mobile device and/or Wi-Fi Internet access is necessary for data submission.

• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance are required.

• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.

• Ability to live within a reasonable mileage range of the assigned vehicle inventory route and travel up to 60 miles for scheduled audit tasks.

• Proficiency in using required tablet-based applications and systems for completing vehicle inventory and audit assignments.

• Availability during daytime hours on weekdays to complete recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit tasks.

• A video interview is mandatory for this position.
