Vehicle Inventory Representative, Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.

📋 Description

• Perform assigned audits at automotive repair facilities following OEM and manufacturer guidelines, taking site availability and scheduling into account.

• Execute monthly vehicle inventories at dealerships by the designated deadline, allowing for flexibility in determining work completion timing.

• Carry out necessary visual inspections while meticulously recording vehicle and audit information.

• Ensure prompt and precise data submission to support our audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation.

• Operate independently while adhering to quality standards and meeting assigned deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Access to a personal mobile device and/or Wi-Fi Internet is essential for data submission.

• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance are mandatory.

• Self-driven with strong time management abilities.

• Must reside within a reasonable distance from the assigned vehicle inventory route and be willing to travel up to 150 miles for scheduled audit tasks.

• Proficiency in using required tablet-based applications and systems to accomplish assigned vehicle inventory and audit responsibilities.

• Availability during daytime hours on weekdays to fulfill recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit assignments.
