Vehicle Inventory Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Execute designated audits at automotive repair facilities following OEM and manufacturer standards, depending on site availability and scheduling.

• Perform necessary visual inspections while meticulously documenting audit details.

• Ensure timely and precise data submission to bolster our audit programs, reporting, and automotive market assessment.

• Operate independently while adhering to quality benchmarks and meeting assigned deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or its equivalent.

• Personal mobile device and/or wi-fi Internet access is essential for data submission.

• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance are required.

• Self-driven with excellent time management abilities.

• Capacity to travel up to 250 miles for scheduled audit tasks.

• Proficient in using required tablet-based applications and systems to complete assigned vehicle inventory and audit responsibilities.

• Availability during daytime hours on weekdays to fulfill recurring scheduled audit obligations.
