Vehicle Inventory Representative, Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Execute assigned audits at automotive repair facilities in compliance with OEM and manufacturer standards, depending on site availability and scheduling.

• Perform necessary visual inspections while meticulously documenting audit findings.

• Ensure prompt and precise data submission to support our audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation.

• Operate independently while adhering to quality standards and meeting specified deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Personal mobile device and/or Wi-Fi Internet access is essential for data submission.

• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance are mandatory.

• Self-driven with excellent time management abilities.

• Must reside within a reasonable mileage radius of the designated vehicle inventory route and be willing to travel up to 150 miles for scheduled audit tasks.

• Proficient in utilizing required tablet-based applications and systems to complete assigned vehicle inventory and audit responsibilities.

• Availability during daytime hours on weekdays is necessary to fulfill recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit assignments.
