This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Execute assigned audits at automotive repair facilities following OEM and manufacturer standards, considering site availability and scheduling.
• Conduct monthly vehicle inventory at dealerships by the designated deadline, allowing flexibility in determining work completion timing.
• Perform necessary visual inspections while meticulously documenting vehicle and audit data.
• Ensure prompt and precise data submission to facilitate our audit programs, reporting, and automotive market assessment.
• Operate independently while adhering to quality standards and meeting assigned deadlines.
• Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Access to personal mobile and/or wi-fi Internet is required for data submission.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance are necessary.
• Self-driven with exceptional time management abilities.
• Must reside within a reasonable mileage radius of the designated vehicle inventory route and be able to travel up to 220 miles for scheduled audit tasks.
• Proficiency in using required tablet-based applications and systems to carry out assigned vehicle inventory and audit responsibilities.
• Availability to maintain sufficient daytime, weekday hours to fulfill recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit assignments.
• Flexible scheduling — vehicle inventory tasks are self-scheduled by the employee, while audits are arranged based on availability.
