VDC Project Manager – BIM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise VDC Specialists and Spoolers within the Plumbing and Piping disciplines.

• Monitor team productivity, time management, adherence to group standards, and overall quality.

• Oversee scheduling and productivity of BIM/VDC subcontractors on a project-specific basis.

• Lead BIM coordination meetings on projects where Batchelor & Kimball serves as the BIM lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in mechanical design and fabrication within the construction industry.

• Expertise in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication CADMEP, and Autodesk Navisworks, or equivalent BIM software is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Demonstrated experience in leadership and direct supervision of technical staff.
