This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Provide support to one or more regional sales teams through market development, process coverage, troubleshooting, education and training, customer service, and follow-up activities.
• Create and execute regional strategies aimed at increasing market share and enhancing the quality of customer service.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and Territory Managers to implement strategies and achieve quarterly targets.
• Establish and nurture relationships with hospital personnel, physicians, lab staff, lab supervisors, purchasing agents, and potential customers.
• Engage with customers to assess clinical needs and showcase how Company products align with patient-care objectives.
• Provide education to customers on the correct clinical application of Company products through presentations and demonstrations.
• Relay information regarding products, therapies, technologies, and industry updates to customers.
• Assist in professional education initiatives, employee training, and Continuing Education Programs.
• Offer clinical support for procedural case coverage, basic troubleshooting, and product follow-up.
• Document and monitor product incidents while working with the relevant personnel to resolve issues.
• Address customer needs and complaints in collaboration with senior management, sales, and marketing teams.
• Seek out customers, convert potential users, and secure or renew orders.
• Organize product availability, delivery timelines, and inventory management.
• Maintain communication with customers about programs, promotions, and pricing trends.
• Comply with the Company’s Quality Management System and relevant quality, security, privacy, and compliance regulations.
• Ensure that department members adhere to applicable systems, regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Execute other work-related responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, neuroscience, biology, or a related field.
• Additional training and certification in radiology, neuro-interventional technology, or a relevant area.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital environment or medical device industry.
• Acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong clinical, technical, and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding, and competitive atmosphere.
• Excellent oral, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must reside within the Los Angeles area while in the position.
• Willingness to undertake over 50% business travel.
• Occasional on-call availability required 24/7.
• Capable of wearing 7–9 pounds of lead for extended durations in the angio suite.
• Ability to work in proximity to potential blood-borne pathogens.
• Competence to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to navigate between buildings and floors.
• Ability to remain stationary and use a computer or standard office equipment for extended periods.
• Ability to read, compose emails, and create documents and spreadsheets.
• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with staff at all levels.
