This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Drive sales within the designated territory to achieve established business goals.
• Interact with customers through both in-person and virtual channels.
• Formulate and execute business and territory call plans along with live/virtual engagement tactics.
• Cultivate rapport and relationships with customers in both live and virtual settings.
• Utilize internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and execute strategic business initiatives.
• Compliantly apply product and disease state knowledge using approved information and resources for patients.
• Exhibit market insight and identify barriers and drivers across Public Health, Private Market, Retail, and other sectors.
• Collaborate with Field Medical, Account Management, and other cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and promote Pfizer objectives.
• Fulfill administrative responsibilities, including customer call documentation, expense reporting, and responding to internal requests.
• Bachelor’s Degree; or an associate’s degree paired with 6+ years of experience; or a high school diploma (or equivalent) along with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in professional sales/promotional activities, entrepreneurship, marketing, customer service/account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, education, or full-time military experience.
• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory boundary.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify the candidate.
• At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, or medical-related marketing is preferred.
• Previous experience with vaccines is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of success in sales or marketing.
• Skills in territory management, communication, teamwork, leadership, and accountability.
• Experience with vaccines therapeutic area and products is preferred.
• Familiarity with customers and markets within the assigned territory is preferred.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
