VA Programmer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Play a key role in the design and execution of prebuilt components for DialogFlow CX.

• Create and implement chat and voice bots for clients, improving the customer experience through natural language processing platforms such as Dialog Flow ES/CX.

• Develop efficient NodeJS code to facilitate seamless management of complex dialogues and conversations.

• Establish an innovative feedback reporting system utilizing Language Model (LLM) and Generative AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

• Knowledge of Conversational AI technologies: Dialog Flow ES/CX (or similar technologies such as Amazon Lex or IBM Watson), LUIS, CLU, Bot Framework, Bot Composer, NLP, Gen AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, VoiceFlow, Lex, and Langchain.

• Proficiency in programming languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, Nest.js, and Python.

• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies: Google CCAI, Amazon Connext, Azure AI Cognitive Services, and AWS Lambda.

• Experience with databases: MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
