V-Twin Motorcycle Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Manage customer interactions through phone, email, live chat, and various other communication channels.

• Provide assistance to customers concerning fitment, application, selection, and installation inquiries for motorcycle parts and accessories.

• Guide customers on the appropriate fitment and usage of motorcycle safety gear.

• Support customers in placing orders effectively.

• Keep updating knowledge about motorcycle parts, gear, riding, racing, off-road, adventure/touring, supercross/MX, and bike modifications.

• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Offer technical assistance to riders and departmental staff.

• Promote sales and enhance comprehensive customer interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required years of experience working on V-twin motorcycles in shops, dealerships, or personal ventures.

• A strong passion for motorcycles and related products.

• Familiarity with motorcycle parts and accessories, especially within the V-twin segment.

• Basic knowledge of UTVs, ATVs, scooters, and snowmobiles is an advantage.

• Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Effective communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Willingness to work outside standard business hours, including nights and weekends.

• High school diploma or equivalent is essential.

• Experience in retail, service, or hospitality is beneficial.

• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

• A reliable, high-speed internet connection; at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload; no hotspots or public WiFi.
