UX/UI Product Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Design and implement enterprise-level product solutions by utilizing user-centered design and contemporary development methodologies.

• Lead or oversee the complete product development lifecycle, ensuring that solutions are scalable, integrated, cost-effective, and in line with business goals.

• Advocate for top-tier UX principles, encompassing accessibility (WCAG compliance), usability, and inclusive design.

• Collaborate across various functions with UX designers, developers, and business teams to provide seamless and cohesive user experiences.

• Offer strategic product insights to stakeholders, including recommendations for features, technology direction, and vendor selection.

• Ensure that solutions align with customer business value, boosting productivity and enhancing end-user interactions.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and UX trends, fostering innovation in product design and delivery.

• Contribute to or spearhead proposal development and initiatives aimed at business growth.

• Mentor and support junior team members, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

• Represent Gainwell through presentations, user groups, and industry forums, demonstrating product capabilities and thought leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 9 years of experience in Product Development, System Design, and Application Integration.

• Strong development skills in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC) and JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.js.

• Experience with front-end and database technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

• Proficiency in API development (REST, GraphQL), security protocols (OAuth, JWT), and cloud and DevOps practices (Azure or AWS, CI or CD, Docker).

• Extensive knowledge of system architecture, UX/UI principles, and web accessibility standards, with experience delivering inclusive, user-centered solutions.

• Familiarity with the healthcare sector, including Medicaid and/or Medicare.
