UX/UI Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders to convert intricate business needs into actionable strategies.

• Facilitate user research, gather business requirements, engage in ideation, and conduct UX testing.

• Establish global guidelines for AI interactions and oversight frameworks.

• Propel the advancement of design practices by creating agents and workflows.

• Conduct impactful discovery sessions and strategic alignment workshops.

• Maintain the standards for Design Systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in UX/UI Design.

• Mastery of Figma at an expert level.

• Proficiency in Design System architecture.

• In-depth understanding of Agentic UX patterns.

• Knowledge of conversational logic.

• Experience in designing for AI transparency and trust.

• Strong negotiation and influence capabilities.

• Advanced certifications in UX Strategy, AI-Human Interaction, or Service Design.
