UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Mid-level UX Designer with a background in developing intuitive, functional, and user-focused digital experiences.

• Skilled in user research, journey mapping, information architecture, and the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces using tools like Figma.

• Tasked with identifying areas for enhancement, validating solutions through usability testing and data analysis, and contributing to the ongoing advancement of digital products.

• Capable of working independently, collaborating with diverse teams, and transforming business and user requirements into effective solutions that adhere to UX best practices and User-Centered Design principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in crafting intuitive, functional, and user-centered digital experiences.

• Expertise in UX research methodologies, including interviews, user testing, and gathering insights.

• Proficient in user journey mapping.

• Strong understanding of Information Architecture.

• Experienced in producing wireframes, prototypes, and digital interfaces.

• Proficient with design tools, particularly Figma.

• Experience in validating solutions via usability testing.

• Ability to analyze data and metrics to pinpoint enhancements in digital products.

• Proven track record of identifying opportunities and driving continuous improvement in user experience.

• Skilled at translating business and user needs into effective solutions.

• Familiarity with User-Centered Design practices.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Comfortable collaborating within multidisciplinary teams (design, product, technology, business).

• Strong communication skills with the capacity to advocate for design decisions.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
