UX Writer, Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• The UX Writer will play a vital role in enhancing the customer journey and experience across our automated communication platforms, particularly on WhatsApp and Chatbot.

• Your primary challenge will involve developing a thorough understanding of the business flow and ensuring traceability and measurement of the entire experience through data tagging (instrumentation) throughout the customer journey.

• This individual will serve as the steward of the experience, converting data into insights to create more effective, intuitive flows that enhance satisfaction and conversion rates.

• Enhance the customer journey and experience within automated communication channels, with a focus on WhatsApp and Chatbot.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the business flow.

• Guarantee traceability and measurement of the entire experience through data tagging (instrumentation) across the customer journey.

• Serve as the steward of the experience, transforming data into insights to develop more efficient, intuitive flows that lead to increased satisfaction and conversion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Conversational Design (Conversational UX/CUX).

• Experience in designing chatbots, IVR, and WhatsApp journeys, which includes creating flows, scripts, and conversational personas.

• Strong knowledge of tools and methodologies for mapping user journeys, service blueprints, and complex flow diagrams.

• Experience in defining tagging (instrumentation) strategies and requirements to assess UX and business metrics.

• Proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma, Miro, or similar).

• Experience in conducting usability testing, A/B testing, and heuristic evaluation in conversational channels.

• Familiarity with chatbot platforms and WhatsApp Business APIs.

• Capability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative research (UX Research).

• Experience working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) and collaborating with Product Owners (POs) and engineers.
