This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create and ghostwrite thought leadership materials for the firm's leaders to be shared on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
• Generate content that enhances credibility and visibility among business owners, service company leaders, and audiences related to M&A.
• Conduct research on industry trends, deal activities, and sector-specific insights to guide content direction and messaging.
• Maintain a regular publishing schedule that aligns with the firm's content and outreach objectives.
• Write outbound email sequences, cold outreach messages, and follow-up communications for the deal sourcing team.
• Produce one-pagers, firm overviews, and pitch materials that effectively communicate the firm's value proposition to potential acquisition targets.
• Customize messaging for various service sectors including IT managed services, marketing agencies, BPO, accounting and finance, logistics, SaaS, software development, and recruitment.
• Write and update website content, landing pages, and firm positioning materials.
• Develop case studies, deal announcements, and portfolio narratives as the firm's deal activities expand.
• Ensure that all public-facing content maintains a consistent voice, tone, and professional standard.
• Utilize AI tools such as Claude to enhance research, drafting, and content variation.
• Construct structured content briefs and research summaries to assist both writing and deal team preparations.
• Uphold quality and accuracy across all AI-assisted outputs prior to delivery.
• Demonstrated experience as a content writer or copywriter creating B2B content for professional services, finance, or business-oriented audiences.
• Strong research capabilities with the ability to write confidently about business, investment, and service industry topics without extensive prior expertise in every field.
• Experience in crafting LinkedIn thought leadership pieces, ghostwriting for executives, or producing content for a professional brand.
• Proficient in using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for research, drafting, and content enhancement.
• Exceptional written English with a polished, confident, and jargon-free style.
• Ability to adapt to a specific voice and tone, producing content that appears authentic and credible rather than formulaic.
• Self-motivated and organized with the capability to manage a content calendar and consistently deliver results with minimal supervision.
