This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

• Compose user interface copy that includes buttons, labels, placeholders, and error messages.

• Design and enhance system messages, notifications, and pop-ups with a clear and engaging tone.

• Create user experience content that assists users throughout their service browsing and booking processes.

• Aid in the development of a cohesive tone of voice and language style guide for the platform.

• Work closely with UI/UX designers, development teams, and content teams to maintain consistency across all interaction points.

• Draft and edit content in both Arabic and English, ensuring equivalent meaning, tone, and clarity.

• Refine and enhance copy based on user feedback, analytics, and behavior patterns observed within the app.

• Generate automated messaging content, including emails and in-app notifications.

• Execute text clarity and usability testing alongside designers and developers.

• Engage in the creation of content for help pages, FAQs, and support documentation.

• A bachelor’s degree in Arabic language, communications, marketing, or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of experience in UX writing or digital content creation.

• Exceptional command of Modern Standard Arabic, with comprehensive understanding of the Saudi dialect and culture (100%).

• Strong capability to simplify language and produce clear, user-friendly content.

• Ability to write in a friendly, consistent tone that aligns with the brand’s voice.

• Solid understanding of UX design principles and user interaction.

• Proficiency in English (both reading and writing).

• Outstanding communication skills and teamwork capabilities when collaborating with designers and developers.
