• Take ownership of copy across all product platforms, ensuring clarity, consistency, and a user-centric approach.

• Work in collaboration with product designers to enhance user flows and elevate the overall product experience.

• Evaluate product mockups and prototypes, offering copy suggestions and assisting in the design-to-engineering transitions.

• Team up with engineering departments to craft intuitive language for intricate technical concepts and workflows.

• Collaborate closely with product and go-to-market teams to ensure product messaging aligns with and drives product success.

• Create and uphold messaging frameworks, voice and tone guidelines, and copywriting standards.

• Assist in content design initiatives.

• Act as the internal expert on UX writing and content strategy.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance product usability through deliberate language and content design.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Previous experience in UX/UI writing, product design, product marketing, technical writing, or any copywriting position.

• A robust portfolio showcasing user-centered writing.

• Exceptional written communication skills with an ability to clarify complex technical concepts.

• A strong grasp of UX principles and design.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and design teams.

• Familiarity with Figma is preferred.
