This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Define the long-term vision for user experiences across web, mobile, and AI platforms that empower millions to reach their financial objectives.
• Apply design thinking methodologies and encourage robust collaboration among business, product, design, analytics, and technology teams to convert business strategies, client insights, and market trends into actionable UX guidance for product teams.
• Address intricate, large-scale challenges and craft experiences that delight our clients while delivering business results.
• Lead the UX discipline, promoting cultural and process enhancements.
• Utilize creative and technical problem-solving abilities to steer UX strategy.
• Propel UX strategy, principles, and guiding experiences for the most complex, program-level initiatives.
• Present the vision, strategy, and recommendations for user experiences to leadership and senior stakeholders to inform execution and decision-making.
• Collaborate with leadership across Product, IT, and Analytics to gain a deep understanding of core business and user objectives, identifying new opportunities.
• Provide a clear vision and ensure alignment to convert these opportunities into tangible, outcome-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with UX research teams on discovery initiatives, research synthesis, journey mapping, service design, and opportunity framing.
• Assist teams in prioritizing user demands, accessibility, and long-term experience value.
• Assess emerging technologies and industry trends to influence strategy.
• Lead experience and design evaluations, offering strategic direction, actionable feedback, and quality oversight for designers to maintain alignment with the experience vision and standards.
• Foster strong collaborative relationships across design, business, development, and analytics teams.
• Manage expectations within the team and with clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a creative or technical discipline.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• At least 10 - 15 years of experience or a similar combination of experience and education.
• A portfolio showcasing extensive experience in tackling the most complex UX challenges and creating thoughtful, innovative web and mobile solutions for large-scale clients.
• Outstanding collaboration abilities.
• A high level of creativity, empathy, and enthusiasm.
• Excellent communication skills (storytelling, visualization, and the use of both qualitative and quantitative data) to garner support for initiatives and inspire excitement for execution.
• Capable of providing clarity on the largest and most challenging projects.
• Expertise in Design Thinking, Agile, and Lean methodologies.
• Highly skilled in design and prototyping tools (Figma).
• Knowledgeable about AI integration in UX.
• In-depth understanding of web, mobile, and AI UX patterns, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate between tasks across different projects.
• Proficient in giving and receiving feedback, interpreting critiques to improve project outcomes.
