This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in all phases of product conception.

• Ensure an exceptional user experience.

• Identify and implement improvement alternatives.

• Monitor, plan, modify, and execute procedures.

• Contribute to the development of product solutions.

• Document user experience and business requirements.

• Participate in validation of deliverables through usability testing and proof of concept.

• Consistently utilize the Design System.

⛳️ Requirements

• Initial or academic professional experience in Product Design (UX/UI).

• Practical mastery of Figma for creating layouts and developing interactive prototypes.

• Ability to correctly use, manipulate, and configure components of an existing Design System.

• Experience in discovery processes with a basic understanding of design research methods.

• Attention to detail and ability to absorb business rules during interface solution design.

• Proactive communication and active listening skills.

• Collaborative profile with ease in engaging in co-creation dynamics.
