This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee workflow discovery for a key product initiative, beginning with batch analytics, to gain insights into how tasks progress across various roles, systems, and timelines.
• Gather and synthesize contextual research with customers and internal stakeholders to identify handoffs, bottlenecks, workarounds, and unmet requirements.
• Transform insights into actionable artifacts—such as journey maps, service blueprints, and future-state flows—that assist Product and Engineering in making informed scope and design choices.
• Create the comprehensive user experience from start to finish, encompassing interaction design, prototyping, and high-fidelity workflows that are ready for execution.
• Assess workflows and individual interactions, ensuring the complete experience functions seamlessly across feature boundaries and aligns with actual customer use cases.
• Collaborate with the UX Researcher and other designers to organize studies, share insights, and enhance the quality of workflow-focused design within the team.
• Contribute to design critiques, the evolution of the Design System, and team methodologies by sharing patterns, insights, and practices from your work.
• Influence how AI-enabled experiences are integrated within the workflows you support, focusing on trust, clarity, and role transitions.
• Act as a vital design partner and subject-matter expert within your product area, steering decisions through expertise, influence, and collaboration.
• 6+ years of UX experience in designing and delivering B2B SaaS products.
• Proven experience in managing complex, multi-step, or multi-role workflows in technical, data-intensive, or operationally intricate fields.
• Strong proficiency across the entire design process including discovery, synthesis, interaction design, prototyping, and final product UX delivery.
• Familiarity with service design or workflow-systems methodologies such as journey maps, service blueprints, ecosystem maps, or longitudinal workflow research.
• Excellent qualitative research skills, encompassing contextual inquiry and the ability to gather insights from technical end users.
• A portfolio demonstrating both problem framing and successfully delivered product outcomes.
• Experience in designing for AI-enabled or agent-assisted interactions, particularly in contexts where trust, explainability, or handoffs are critical.
• Advanced proficiency with contemporary UX tools like Figma, and the ability to transition between low-fidelity systems thinking artifacts and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Strong written and visual communication skills, capable of clearly articulating trade-offs to Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with technical products, data-rich interfaces, and quickly grasping complex domains.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX design, HCI, service design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
