This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Craft user-centric experiences for workflows and tools utilized by agents.
• Develop UX flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction patterns for product features and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to convert requirements into clear, functional designs.
• Maintain uniformity across all UX touchpoints, encompassing demos, internal tools, and agent interactions.
• Oversee UX and visual design for the company website, ensuring clarity, usability, and alignment with brand standards.
• Create marketing materials, including landing pages, digital assets, and visuals for campaigns.
• Design and enhance executive presentation decks for both internal and external audiences.
• Produce visually engaging materials for conferences—both UX and technical—such as slides, signage, and demo visuals.
• Manage the UX and visual design for all product demonstrations.
• Develop cohesive demo flows that effectively convey product value and functionality.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure demo environments accurately reflect real-world use cases.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing leads to identify needs and translate them into insightful UX solutions.
• Maintain and enhance design systems and brand guidelines across product and marketing channels.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• 3–5+ years of experience in UX or product design (either contract or full-time).
• A robust portfolio that highlights UX thinking, visual design, and work across multiple surfaces (web, product, presentations).
• Proficiency in modern design tools, with a preference for Figma.
• Capability to work independently, show initiative, and adapt swiftly to changing priorities.
• Experience in designing for both product and marketing teams is a significant advantage.
• Outstanding communication skills and comfort in presenting design decisions to stakeholders.
