UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive interface designs, focusing on creating user-friendly web and mobile layouts, navigation, and content writing elements to optimize system performance.

• Establish and execute the product vision and design strategy to enhance user experiences.

• Collect and convert business requirements and user needs into high-fidelity prototypes and UI designs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and stakeholders.

• Grasp every aspect of the user's experience and business objectives to ensure designs, prototypes, and documentation meet high standards.

• Evaluate data and user feedback to inform critical design decisions and continuously enhance the user experience.

• Present design solutions to senior management, project teams, partners, and stakeholders.

• Suggest enhancements in UI design elements that help internal business partners reach their objectives.

• Apply technical expertise to generate feasible and effective solutions.

• Test UI designs during development to guarantee that pages achieve the desired appearance and functionality.

• Recommend enhancements in web functionality, navigation, and UI design elements.

• Act as an informal functional tester for web UI design projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in UX Design, Website Design, and Content Creation is required.

• Demonstrated design experience with successful products as both a visual designer and UX designer.

• Advanced understanding of user-centered design principles, visual design, user behavior, and interaction design.

• Extensive knowledge in user experience design, covering information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototype engineering, content, user experience, and accessibility.

• Familiarity with design thinking and lean methodologies.

• Experience with content management systems such as Contentful or Figma.

• Proven track record of working collaboratively with strategists, researchers, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders within an Agile framework.

• Experience in defining design strategies for comprehensive program initiatives, including resource planning and estimating work and timelines.

• Proficiency in measurement planning (business, analytics, and UX metrics) to assure that products meet objectives and outcomes.

• Ability to define and document design principles, methodologies, processes, and best practices.

• Contribute to a culture of learning that promotes aligned autonomy and mastery in design.

• Manage workload effectively to prioritize tasks and utilize time efficiently.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
