UX Design Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Ensure that the design initiatives are in line with our client’s business goals.

• Collaborate closely with the 3Pillar engagement team and clients to create exceptional designs.

• Work in partnership with global delivery teams to produce top-tier products utilizing Agile methodologies.

• Lead a team of Product Designers, taking complete responsibility for their professional wellbeing, performance, and daily output.

• Establish clear individual objectives and performance standards for team members.

• Offer regular design feedback and mentorship to enhance the team's skills.

• Promote an inclusive, trust-based team culture that prioritizes accountability and ongoing learning.

• Report directly to the client-side hierarchy to ensure design efforts are aligned with the Client’s transformation initiatives.

• Collaborate with client-side Product and Engineering Managers to define problem areas and establish success metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing UX role.

• At least 2 years of experience in a consulting capacity.

• Proficiency in working with digital products, business logic, processes, and a diverse range of clients.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, “roll up your sleeves” attitude.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to see the broader vision amidst the details.

• Experience collaborating with global teams is a significant advantage.

• High cultural awareness.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Practical knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies and Lean practices to create top-quality products.
