This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Organize and conduct comprehensive interviews across the four business sectors, along with document analysis and real-work observation (shadowing).
• Map and integrate “as-is” user journeys, personas, and critical touchpoints, prioritizing opportunities using a pain × impact matrix.
• Develop and assess surveys (focusing on readability, adoption, satisfaction, time-on-task) and correlate quantitative data with qualitative insights.
• Establish evaluation criteria for the AI assistant (accuracy, completeness, usefulness, compliance with LGPD) and implement blind evaluation protocols.
• Collaborate with Data/AI teams to create data labeling (ground truth), define maturity standards for risk documentation, and develop taxonomy guidelines.
• Strategize and perform usability tests on prototypes, conduct pilot acceptance studies, and execute before/after comparative analyses.
• Transform findings into actionable insights: executive summaries, presentations, and contributions to user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Sustain a dynamic research repository (Confluence/Jira/Miro/Figma) and foster a culture centered on evidence-based decision making.
• Completed bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstrated experience as a UX Researcher/Consumer Insights professional in B2B or internal products, ideally within complex or regulated settings.
• Expertise in conducting interviews, synthesizing information, mapping journeys/blueprints, designing surveys, and performing descriptive analysis of results.
• Capable of planning comprehensive studies (including objectives, sampling, scripts, consent, analysis, and communication).
• Experience in collaborating with Design, Engineering, and Data/AI teams; knowledge of LGPD and research ethics.
• Proficient with tools such as Figma/FigJam or Miro, Jira/Confluence, and spreadsheets/BI for basic analytical tasks.
• Familiarity with generative AI (human evaluation of responses, RAG, prompt testing).
• Understanding of risk management (operational/financial/ESG) and compliance standards.
• Proficient in SQL or Python for analytical purposes; experience with event instrumentation in Product/Engineering; familiarity with survey tools (Qualtrics/Typeform).
• Knowledge of BI dashboards and the ability to read logs/telemetry to analyze user behavior.
• Understanding of accessibility, plain language, and content guidelines.
