Experience Design Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create experience frameworks and journeys that align with the phases and emotional trajectory of a change initiative.

• Formulate audience-segmented strategies that consider different roles, existing knowledge, and levels of readiness.

• Convert change management objectives into AI-enhanced learning and enablement interventions that target knowledge and skill deficiencies.

• Design for the comprehensive learning ecosystem.

• Emphasize Performance in the Flow of Work.

• Promote Social Ecosystems.

• Enhance Organizational Readiness.

• Examine workflows to pinpoint areas where AI augmentation can alleviate friction.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in learning design, instructional strategy, or change enablement, particularly related to digital transformation.

• Demonstrated experience in crafting interventions that integrate AI-enabled tools, chatbots, or adaptive learning platforms.

• Background in analyzing workflows to discover and act upon AI augmentation possibilities.
