Utility Line Clearance Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Overseeing personnel across various company operations to ensure satisfaction and alignment with management expectations;

• Manage designated teams, schedule, direct, and execute tasks related to tree services for both utility and private clients;

• Collaborate effectively with community members and homeowners to guarantee that work is completed satisfactorily for all parties involved.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the tree industry or relevant supervisory background.

• Strong management, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, GED, or an equivalent qualification.

• A current and valid driver’s license in good standing is required.

• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions is necessary.

• Physical capability to fulfill the responsibilities of the position is required.

• Willingness to travel as needed for the job is essential.

• Familiarity with technology, including smartphones and computers, along with basic computer skills is a must.

• Ability to prepare estimates for bidding on new projects is required.

• Capability to generate new accounts and maintain relationships with existing clients, as well as address and resolve complaints, is necessary.

• Candidates should have or be willing to obtain necessary licenses and certifications (Pesticide, Arborist, CDL, CTSP) as mandated by the role.
