Utility Delinquency Specialist, Collections

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Capability to adhere to stringent deadlines

• Generate collection reports for a portfolio of associations

• Implement the Delinquency Process within the software system for the designated portfolio

• Analyze the Delinquency Maintenance module in the software system for credit and zero balance accounts

• Prepare accounts for disconnection referrals to external partners

• Communicate with third-party providers regarding reconnections upon the receipt of payments

• Engage with residents concerning account balances

• Collaborate with site teams regarding delinquent accounts

• Maintain accurate backup documentation and notations on accounts

• Oversee accounts set up on payment plans for the assigned portfolio; re-establish connections if on an approved payment plan

• Undertake additional tasks/projects as directed by the department leader

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience or knowledge in collection processing is highly preferred

• Strong attention to detail and a compliance-oriented mindset

• Proficiency with web-based portals, dashboards, and Excel reporting

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners

• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills

• Capacity to manage deadlines and multiple workflows concurrently
