• Reach out to clients to gather overdue payments

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 9 months of experience in BPO - Collections for International accounts

• Proficient in using dialers

• Demonstrated experience in account management

• Knowledgeable about collection laws and regulations

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Positive customer service orientation
