This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You and your team of five deliver exceptional first-level support through phone, ticketing systems, and on-site assistance.
• You analyze, address, and resolve incidents and requests concerning both hardware and software.
• You are responsible for the installation, configuration, and administration of desktop systems running MS Windows, in addition to managing mobile devices (iOS).
• You maintain the office IT infrastructure, including workstations, printers, and peripherals, while assisting colleagues with their daily IT inquiries.
• You play a key role in the planning, procurement, and implementation of new IT systems, contributing your ideas to cross-departmental projects.
• You provide support to our UHD team in Berlin (primarily remotely) with basic tasks.
• Post-onboarding, you and your team will ensure a service-oriented on-call duty, focusing on the stability, security, and availability of our systems.
• A passion for IT and a strong desire to grow within a modern work environment.
• Completion of vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration (Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration).
• A willingness to train in the User Help Desk area, even if you have limited professional experience.
• Ideally, some initial knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Windows client administration, Office IT (network, hardware, software, mobile devices), Mobile Device Management (iOS, MS Intune), and software deployment and packaging.
• Excellent communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a solution-focused approach.
• Readiness to participate in a team-friendly on-call rotation and, in exceptional cases, travel to our secondary location in Berlin.
• Security: You will be offered a permanent full-time position with 38 hours per week and 30 days of vacation, plus you will have Dec 24th and Dec 31st off.
