User Experience Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Support the planning, gathering, and analysis of essential data to guide design choices.

• Work in tandem with engineers and product managers to develop IT enterprise products.

• Identify user needs and pain points through data analysis.

• Strategize and create vital IT enterprise products with an understanding of key data requirements.

• Collaborate with the UX Research team to organize and evaluate usability tests.

• Champion user accessibility and engage directly with end users to enhance their experiences.

• Address technical challenges and reported issues to improve user satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (U.S. or equivalent from abroad) in Information Science, Media Studies, Interaction Design, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in designing user experiences for applications.

• At least 1 year of experience with high-fidelity prototyping tools and developing intricate interactive prototypes.

• Experience collaborating in an agile development setting.

• Familiarity with interaction design principles and patterns.

• Proficient in utilizing design systems for cohesive user interfaces.

• Visual design experience encompassing color, typography, and layout.

• Background in conducting user research, including usability studies, surveys, and interviews.

• Understanding of accessibility standards and the creation of inclusive interfaces.

• Ability to leverage data analytics to inform design choices.

• Experience working within Agile teams and knowledge of Agile methodologies.

• Proficient in project management and collaboration tools.
