This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Accountable for ensuring that company operations adhere to all federal, state, and international regulations relating to controlled substances and regulated products.
• Manages licensing, reporting, recordkeeping, audits, and internal compliance processes in accordance with DEA and other regulatory agency requirements.
• Collaborates cross-departmentally with quality, operations, supply chain, legal, and commercial teams to foster compliant business practices while reducing regulatory risks.
• May undertake various tasks such as researching laws, implementing policies, conducting audits, and offering compliance support.
• Generally, 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of regulations pertinent to HS operations.
• Basic proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures.
• Fundamental planning and organizational skills.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
