This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Accountable for maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and international regulations related to controlled substances and regulated products.
β’ Manages licensing, reporting, recordkeeping, audits, and internal compliance processes in accordance with DEA and other regulatory agency standards.
β’ Collaborates across departments including quality, operations, supply chain, legal, and commercial teams to promote compliant business practices while reducing regulatory risks.
β’ May undertake various tasks such as researching laws, implementing policies, conducting audits, and offering compliance support.
β’ Generally 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
β’ Knowledge of regulations pertinent to HS operations.
β’ Basic proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures.
β’ Fundamental planning and organizational skills.
β’ Introductory analysis and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Basic verbal and written communication skills.
