Senior Regulatory Specialist – Bilingual (French/English)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Promote a culture of engagement that reflects the principles of the Merit Way

• Work in partnership with RA Platform teams to facilitate product submissions

• Oversee the management of the regulatory license portfolio and ensure compliance

• Assist in the ongoing enhancement of resource planning processes

• Create training materials and programs for relevant stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree equivalent to a Bachelor’s in biological, physical, engineering, or related disciplines

• Over 8 years of experience in Regulatory Submissions within the medical device sector

• Extensive understanding of medical device regulations, including ISO 13485

• Strong project management capabilities
