Senior Compliance Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Oversee and evaluate changes in the regulatory landscape affecting the business operations in the US.

• Ensure compliance with current licenses held in the US.

• Assess entry criteria for new US markets and manage the application processes for licenses.

• Provide guidance and assistance to internal teams regarding compliance matters.

• Develop, revise, and execute policies and procedures to guarantee that business practices align with relevant regulations.

• Create compliance reports and deliver training as required.

• Act as a representative of the Company at Industry Events and in discussions with regulators concerning regulatory issues.

• Collaborate with the Head of Compliance, Director of Legal and Compliance, and all stakeholders to ensure compliance with both internal and external processes and regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A third-level qualification in Compliance, Law, or Finance.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position within the iGaming sector.

• Familiarity with iGaming regulatory frameworks.

• Proven experience in licensing and working with regulatory bodies.

• Understanding of compliance and internal control processes and frameworks.

• Ability to write, research, and formulate processes and procedures effectively.

• Capability to offer practical compliance advice to stakeholders in a straightforward manner.

• Skill in coordinating projects across diverse teams.

• Proficiency in English, including legal terminology.

• Competence in using Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
