This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the formulation and implementation of the US consumer marketing strategy for MariTide.
• Establish the long-term consumer engagement vision encompassing digital, social, CRM, advocacy, experiential, and emerging channels.
• Offer strategic insights on media planning, channel investment choices, and major activations.
• Foster collaboration among commercial, medical, access, analytics, and corporate affairs teams.
• Develop the consumer marketing function and operational model essential for launch and sustained growth.
• Oversee campaign development, validation, production, launch, and optimization processes.
• Convert consumer insights into impactful positioning, messaging, and creative campaigns.
• Manage agency partnerships across creative, social, media, and production domains.
• Lead the creation of a distinctive consumer journey and engagement ecosystem.
• Drive integrated omnichannel initiatives across digital, social, CRM, website, video, influencer, and experiential platforms.
• Build and enhance a comprehensive consumer engagement ecosystem.
• Develop and implement a top-tier social media strategy.
• Identify and leverage key cultural moments and major opportunities.
• Advocate for innovative digital activations and data-informed personalization.
• Assess emerging platforms and technologies to stimulate growth and engagement.
• Construct and manage a high-performing consumer marketing organization.
• Recruit, nurture, mentor, and retain exceptional marketing talent.
• Set clear priorities, performance expectations, and development plans.
• Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
• Mentor future leaders and establish succession plans.
• Define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and performance dashboards.
• Optimize campaigns utilizing analytics and consumer insights.
• Lead test-and-learn initiatives to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
• Manage budgets and ensure effective resource distribution.
• Doctorate degree with 4 years of marketing or production experience OR Master’s degree with 7 years of marketing or production experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 9 years of marketing or production experience.
• Proven track record in developing and leading consumer marketing strategies for significant brands or launches.
• Extensive knowledge in direct-to-consumer marketing, digital engagement, and social media.
• Demonstrated experience in leading campaign development from insight generation through to production and optimization.
• Successful track record in building, leading, and developing high-performing marketing teams.
• Strong experience in managing agencies across creative, social, digital, media, and production partners.
• Experience with launches in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, consumer health, or other regulated sectors is preferred.
• Background in obesity, metabolic disease, or chronic disease is preferred.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
