This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Conduct thorough history assessments and virtual examinations suitable for various age groups.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide array of health conditions throughout different life stages.
• Order and analyze diagnostic tests when necessary.
• Create and document treatment plans promptly and accurately.
• Oversee acute, chronic, and mental health issues for both pediatric and adult patients.
• Seek consultations or referrals from other healthcare professionals as required.
• Provide guidance and education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans.
• Stay updated on clinical best practices and evidence-based healthcare.
• Offer cross-coverage for responsibilities such as reviewing laboratory results.
• Provide flexible scheduling options, including evenings and weekends.
• Completion of an accredited Master's or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program, following graduation from an accredited nursing institution.
• Possession of an active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license, along with a maintained Registered Nurse (RN) license, in compliance with state regulations.
• Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC.
• Valid RN compact license.
• Active multi-state licensure **(preferably 5 or more licenses)**.
• At least 3+ years of post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care environments.
• Experience in providing care to patients from newborns to adults.
• Capability to operate effectively within an integrated medical practice.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage a diverse range of health conditions.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and patient engagement abilities.
• Proficient in technology and electronic medical record systems.
• Maintain active Medicare status—be in good standing with Medicare/Medicaid and not excluded from participation in federal health programs.
